What is the best credit card to have to build your credit?

I am trying to build my credit and the lenders keep telling me to get a revolving account (credit card). I applied for First Premier Bank and it will take up to 3 weeks to process. Is there another one out there thats good?|||A great first time credit card to build your credit is either capital one or orchard bank card. I recommend going for orchard bank because chances of being approved for it are almost guaranteed since they offer several levels of credit cards in one application. This way you won't get the worst card if you apply, unless you have the worst possible credit, and you can always grow to have a better card within the same company.

I've recommended them you a few people now and they are all happy that they listened to me.

Here's more information and the link to the application on the orchard card:

Good Luck|||Stay away from First Permier card.

Reviews basically call this company the devil.

If you don't pay in full each month the starting interest is 59.99%.

If you are late or go over the limit, the rate jumps to 79.99%.

(for you doubters, look it up on the website - it's true).

The other fees are mind boggling - too many to mention here.

This card destroys lives.

Since you applied it's too late to cancell.

Here are the rules you must follow with First Premier.

Pay the balance on the statement in FULL.

Absolutely no games of carrying balances.

Your first bill may be around $250 just for getting the card.

Be ready to pay this amount - please - again no games.

I would not suggest getting any other cards.

This one will be trouble enough.

Use it wisely. Charge something like one tank full of gas a month at most.

You have miss-stepped.

But you will be ok if you pay in full each month.

Do not dare, under any circumstances to do otherwise with this card.

You could read the complaints online for years on this card from people that could not pay amounts in full. It has destroyed lives.

It is only a good card if you pay in full each month.

Not the minimum, not more than the minimum, but in full.|||Lowest rates is all that matter's. Just be careful, credit kills. Remember if you have to ask how much something is you can't afford it.|||Try Capital One. If you are not approved for their basic card, check out their secured card.
