My Citibank Credit Card has been credited with certain amount of money. How can I draw the money ?

On cancellation of air tickets booked through my Credit Card, the concerned Airlines have credited the refund amount to my Credit Card. Now, one option is to utilize the credited amount by buying something through the same Credit Card. But, suppose, I need the money back to me in cash form. What should be done for this ?|||call up the credit card and ask for a check
