How do i get a credit card since i have just established credit?

I need a card with no annual fee and thats not a scam or atleast a company i can get one from i want to start establishing my credit on good terms and i also need a card that reports to the three major credit bearues.|||You can apply online to Chase, Citi, and CapitalOne. The last one may be the easiest.|||Have you had a checking account for at least 6 months?

Go to their website - find a card you like and apply.

Note: There are some new laws that may prevent you from getting a card if you are under 21.

You will need a co-signer.

Most cards do not carry an annual fee.

And don't worry about APR interest.

You'll never pay it if you pay in full each month.

By paying in full you'll also get the top scores (eventually).

/|||Another reply on here suggests Capital One is the easiest. I agree but they are for people with a poor credit rating/score and their interest charges are at least 39% if you do not pay in full each month.|||Apply at the bank where you have your checking account. You must be 21 yrs of age otherwise a parent must open the account for you
