Does CapitalOne have a good credit card for people with bad credit?

I am interested in getting a credit card. I haven't had a credit card in years, and I have made a few late payments on other bills, so I think that my credit is probably considered fair. I am trying to rebuild my credit, and I think that getting a credit card (and paying it on time every month) is the way to go. Does CapitalOne have the best credit card for folks with fair to poor credit? Is there a guaranteed approval? If CapitalOne isn't the best, then can you recommend a good card?|||Orchard Bank seems to be the consensus among people at Yahoo Answers. And I agree. They offer very competitive unsecured offers to help build / improve your credit. You can find the Orchard Bank Platinum (and other offers) for poor / no credit here:

Capital One has several offers available for "Credit That Needs Improvement". But they're very strict about marketing these offers as cards for 'bad credit'. So take a look at the Capital One page (on the site above) if you'd like to view them...

Hope this helps. GOOD LUCK!|||You can visit http://www.debteraserzone.com and find very useful tips and several articles on credit card related matters.
