I'm interested in going to Australia for two months and I'm looking for a credit card that I can purchase almost everything on along with the money I'm going to be withdrawing via the debit machine. I am having a difficult time finding out which card company or bank offers the best rates as far as overseas purchases go, obviously I'd like to get the card with the lowest foreign transaction fees.
Let me know, if you're interested in travel, what card you use and why? I'd really appreciate it.|||CITIBANK,Standard Chartered Bank,RBS etc.,VISA n Master Cards r best advisable.
Now a says almost all the Cards r valid Internationally.
All the best.|||There are some that do not charge the foreign transaction fee.
But you need top quality credit to get these.
You need to mention how good is your credit.
If you have no current credit card that you pay in full each month- you will not be getting one of these.
/|||I would recommend the Capital One VentureOne Rewards credit card no annual fee gold version. It has no foreign transaction fees. Plus it is accepted wherever VISA is and it has no interest for 12 months.
